What is Keylow.io?

Keylow.io is a comprehensive software solution designed to streamline inventory tracking, employee statistics on sourcing, simplify and accelerate auction listing processes, and perform cost analysis on truckloads or estate sales. It is specifically tailored for auction houses and businesses in the auction industry.

How does Keylow.io help with inventory tracking?

Keylow.io provides robust inventory tracking capabilities. It allows you to create and maintain a centralized database of all your items, enabling easy management of stock levels, item details, and location tracking. It will tell you who the item was sourced by, when it was sourced, what location it was sourced at and if it has been  assigned to a current event/auction. It will also tell you how many times and item has been listed in an event.

How does Keylow.io simplify and expedite auction listing processes?

Keylow.io streamlines auction listing by offering automated listing capabilities. It enables you to create listings quickly and efficiently by automatically extracting relevant item details from your inventory database. You would simply scan the QR codes generated for each item into and event, once all items for that event have been scanned in, you simply export the data (using Custom export or Hibid export), when the files are done being downloaded, you save them with the correct name and go to your listing platforms bulk upload click the appropriate files and your auction is now listed and organized.

How does Keylow do cost analysis on truckloads or estate sales?

Keylow.io includes robust cost analysis features for truckloads or estate sales. It helps you evaluate the profitability of these sales by calculating costs associated with acquisition, transportation, handling, and other relevant expenses. You would simply input your cost of the truckload, how many pallets, and print the labels associated with the truck. Once the truck has been completed and sourced using the pallet codes, there is a  breakdown of total retail value, how many items, labor time to source the items, condition break down of the items and the ability to export the manifest if needed. With this information, you can make informed decisions, optimize your operations, and maximize your returns.
